Strategic Aim
The Strategic Partnerships Working Group is off to a great start. Co-led by Associate Vice President for Career Development and Chief Corporate Engagement Officer Mercy Eyadiel and the Law School’s Assistant Clinical Professor Ellie Morales, the group’s attendees include faculty and staff from across campus. This working group is tasked with defining strategic partnerships in the Wake Forest context and enhancing collaboration among the university and external organizations, including community groups. The group’s objectives include creating a catalog of existing partnerships to showcase their structures, purposes, and impact and drafting a white paper outlining a model for establishing and evaluating effective partnerships. The group is actively engaged in market research to catalog existing partnerships (and best practices) and enhance further collaboration.
